The Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship for Undergraduate and Postgraduate International Students

As part of Google’s ongoing commitment to furthering Anita’s vision, we are pleased to announce The Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship: Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Through the scholarship, we aim to encourage women to excel in computing and technology, and become active role models and leaders. Multiple scholarships will be awarded based on the strength of candidates’ academic performance, leadership experience and demonstrated passion for computer science. A group of female Bachelors, Masters, and PhD student finalists will be chosen from the applicant pool. The scholarship recipients will each receive a €7,000 (or equivalent) scholarship

 
Amsterdam Merit Scholarships (AMS) for Non-European Union BSc and MSc International Students

Outstanding students from outside the European Economic Area can apply for an Amsterdam Merit Scholarship. The University of Amsterdam aims is to attract the world’s brightest students to its international classrooms. Candidates must be officially accepted into a full-time degree programme at the UvA. The candidate must not receive a full-coverage scholarship from another organisation for the same period of study as the AMS scholarship and must be able to comply with Dutch visa regulations

 
Oxford Brookes University for Undergraduate International Students, 2011

Oxford Brookes International Awards are offering this awards to international students who are starting an undergraduate degree in September 2011. The awards do not include a maintenance grant and the award will automatically be deducted from tuition fee costs. Awards will be distributed at the end of August 2011 once applicants have met the conditions of their university offer. Successful Students will be contacted once He/She is considered for the award

 
UCL-AET Undergraduate International Outreach Bursaries For African Students

University College London (UCL) and the Africa Educational Trust (AET) have agreed to collaborate in a scheme to enable students from Africa, who are financially unable to study in the UK, to pursue full-time undergraduate studies at UCL. With this scheme UCL supports the aims of AET to help the people of Africa to help themselves. Under the scheme, two full bursaries are available annually for AET-nominated students who have accepted offers of places at UCL and each bursary consists of full tuition fees and a maintenance allowance for the duration of the student’s programme of study, as well as economy air travel to/from the UK at the beginning and end of the bursary-holder’s degree programme

 
AUSTRALIA: International Scholarships for Undergraduate Programs at University of Queensland

The University of Queensland (UQ) invites outstanding international students to apply for a limited number of scholarships. These scholarships are available for students applying for most undergraduate programs at University of Queensland. Additional factors such as demonstrated leadership and community service achievements, and applicant's future academic and career plans as noted in personal statement will also be taken into consideration.Undergraduate courses not covered by the award include; include Oral Health, Dental Science, Physiotherapy, Occupational Health and Safety Science, Medicine/Surgery, Nursing, Midwifery, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Pharmacy, and Veterinary Science.
