Who is not eligible?
- Swiss and Norwegian applicants (eligible for CROUS scholarships).
- Candidates with mixed nationality, including EU citizenship.
- Candidates from Quebec for master’s degrees (eligible for sliding scale fees like EU applicants). However, Quebec applicants may apply for a bachelor’s degree.
- Applicants for the Joint Master of Journalism and International Affairs degree.
- Applicants for dual-degree master’s programs, except for:
- Sciences Po/Columbia University Journalism Dual Degree.
- Sciences Po/Fudan University in Global Affairs (Europe-Asia concentration, only Chinese nationals accepted).
- Sciences Po/Peking University (only Chinese nationals accepted).
- Students enrolled in Ph.D. programs (thesis).
- Applicants for one-year master’s degrees.
- Applicants for dual-degree bachelor’s programs (unless otherwise specified).
- Students on exchange.
- Candidates who apply through the French graduate admissions process.
