Eligibility Criteria
- Citizen of an ADB borrowing member country (not currently residing/working in a non-borrowing member country).
- Excellent academic record with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- Strong English language proficiency (written & spoken).
- Minimum 2 years of professional work experience after graduation.
- Age 35 or younger at the time of application.
- Good physical and mental health to complete the program.
- Admission and successful completion of Keio University’s International Graduate Program (IGP) entrance exam.
- Commitment to return to your home country after graduation and contribute to its development.
- Not currently employed by the ADB (or close relatives) in specific positions (refer to ADB-JSP website).
